MTN Nigeria Communications Plc has declared an interim dividend of ₦26 per 2 kobo ordinary share for the half-year ended June 30, 2026.
The dividend was approved by the company’s Board of Directors and will be subject to applicable withholding tax deductions.
To qualify, shareholders must be listed on MTN Nigeria’s Register of Members by the close of business on August 20, 2026. The register will close from August 21 as the company moves ahead with the payment process.
Dividend payments are scheduled to begin on September 7, 2026, with eligible shareholders receiving the funds electronically into their registered bank accounts.
MTN Nigeria also urged shareholders who have not completed their e-dividend registration, as well as those with outstanding unclaimed dividends, to regularise their accounts through Coronation Registrars Limited or contact the company’s investor relations team.
The interim dividend gives MTN Nigeria shareholders a direct cash distribution following the company’s financial performance during the first half of the year.
